Only one more week left at the kids game company…
Haven’t spoken with the director about it yet.
Haha director just sounds awesome. Reminds me of The Blacklist. ?
Anyway as it is now I’ll continue working there til at least June.
Today I have a postmortem about an app I did for the app company.
There are some things that went well and others things that didn’t go so well.
All in all it was a pretty decent start.
At the last company I started legendary so it was almost impossible to follow up.
That’s not to brag or anything but for some reason every job they gave me I was able to figure out and totally crush it in minimum time.
But after I was really in the routine and wasnt as motivated anymore I started to drop the ball more often.
I didn’t mean to but I just wasn’t feeling it anymore. Working for one boss was also weighing on me. Every day I would like it a little bit less.
Really peaked for like 6 months and then I just slowly burned out.
Right now I have this feeling some days. Not because I don’t like what I’m doing but because I’m just working to damn much.
I really need to recharge my batteries every week. Haven’t done that the last month (probably a little longer).
Having a night out where we all drink too much really helps for some reason.
Its not healthy at all but it actually is because I do need it occasionally to stay levelheaded.
Other things help too. Like having a nice evening with someone I love or doing sports.
Just some random thoughts I’m having. Tomorrow I’ll probably make more sense again ?
