Day 159

Just so super grateful about everything in my life.

This feeling has been expanding so much lately.

It feel freakin’ incredible.

Just want to thank everyone in my life. Love y’all!

Gave away another game yesterday!

Sam and Max Devils Playhouse by Telltale games. They make incredible story driven games so enjoy man!

The game of the day is Death Ray Manta.

Seems like a super hectic game for real hardcore gamers. Hopefully I can give this one away as well.

We’re about a week in or so and I’ve given away three games and 3 games went back on the pile.

Something like that.

One thing I wanted to share today is a little exercise that might just change your outlook on life.

The purpose of this exercise is to change the ratio of positive and negative thoughts towards a more positive outlook.

It’s actually a 2 step exercise.

  1. Put a rubber band around your wrist
  2. Every time you have a negative thought or you catch yourself complaining you pull it backwards and release.

Thats it.

Do this for every unwanted thought. This will train your brain to avoid these types of thoughts over time.

I did this as a challenge for a week and kept doing it for at least a month. Probably even longer because I had broken quite a few rubber bands 🙂

The thing is that even when you think you are a really positive person you will find out that you actually still have a lot of negative thoughts left.

The first few days you will get a lot of pain prikkels but it decreases over time.

So this is my call to action for you today! Try it out for at least 7 days.

Happy Easter people!
