Yesterday morning was the worst work morning since I’ve been self-employed.

We had one weird technical issue in the Augmented Reality app and I said it would be fixed but didnt know if it would cost a few hours or maybe the whole day.

But when I fixed it all the risk would have been eliminated and it would be smooth sailing from there on out.

I like to start with a few simple things so theres progress and then tackle all the big things and then some finishing touches.

But man they know how to instill pure stress into you. You cant even function right.

Kinda felt like we had to save the world and I was our only hope while saving some more random people (create more features) on the way there.

I’m glad that I’ve got some paid work again but this is not my ideal client and I dont know if I will do a second project with them. Even though that one is way easier and I will get some help and I can charge my full fee.

Good thing is that I’m learning Unity AR while getting paid for it. So thats pretty neat but its so not my way of working.

They are really ad hoc oriented. Which is fine if you get paid by the hour but not when its fixed price.

The other AR guy was fully booked and skipping on projects because he was overbooked. So I can always give hime a call and see if he knows any parties that he either passed up on or thats more in line with my expertise.

Still struggling  to see which path to go from here. Well not struggling struggling but like yesterday afternoon i had a really good day i learned some new techniques and i enjoyed it. Fixing it helped get the guys off my back.

Still need to figure out what to do exactly. Have not found it yet.
